Paper or Plastic?

Paper or Plastic?
Its a big debate these days.

Our grocery store only offers plastic or they sell cloth bags for 60 cents, so the cloth bags are an easy choice. However, I miss the paper bag because I used it to wrap packages for mail with the bags. I also used it to wrap gifts. However, it isn't too hard to find boxes at the large garbage bins and buy reusable gift bags or containers, so that is what I am trying to do now.

I have two fabric carrier bags in my hnadbag so i never use plastic carrier bags. I avoid other packaging as much as I can too. I like to reuse giftwrap etc. For me plastic is worse than paper because of the effect it has on wildlife and the marine environment and the fact its made from petrochemicals.
