Winter Chicken Coop

This is our chickens new coop. OH they still have the other one, but Hubby needed something to do so he built a winter coop - at least that is what I call it. Its fairly large, maybe a shorter shed size and the front door opens so we can clean it out and gather the eggs.

Their Eglu will be used primarily to be a chicken trailor and this one will be for sleeping. Plus its big enough we can now house more chickens. But its really big for the 3 we have.

We used all the wood and nails AND the roofing from recycled materials from a play house we had for Noah. Now that he didn't use it anymore it was perfect to tear down and rebuild into this. Pretty snazzy don't ya think??
